The cabinetry and other woodwork in RVs is typically made on shapers and that makes it very difficult to find off the shelf router bits that match the profile, even the shaper cutters the RV manufacturers use are almost impossible to find.

There are manufacturers in the US that make custom router bits, I have no experience with any of them, you have to do your own research.
You could also use multiple router bits to create the profile in stages, it can take some trial and error and funky jigs but is probably the quickest and cheapest way in a home shop.

Depending on how complex the shape is, you might be able to modify an old router bit by grinding it. On one occasion I needed a bit to rout a groove for a glass retainer rubber strip in a set of display cabinet doors, I reground an old bit to what I needed and got the job done.
