Charles, with the pending Indiana closures what is the atmosphere like? It would be tough to have a very positive attitude with a pink slip looming over my head.

There is tension in the air, both with the coach owners and the employees. I really think the employees are still in a state of shock and disbelief.

I can understand combining production, but shutting down the service center is a bone head mistake. It's like Monaco is writing off the whole mid western and eastern United States.

Maybe if all of us wrote an email to Kay expressing our unhappiness with the closing of Elkhart then maybe we could get them to change their minds and keep the service center open. The center makes money, and if they revamped the center a little then it could be even better.....What do you guys think, how about it Mama, do you think a letter campaign could work and save Elkhart?

Closing the service center is a dumb decision and will really increase the workload at the other facilities and increase the lead time to get into the other facilities.
