We are going to try getting some service work done this Monday without an appointment ( tried 3 months ago to no avail). Apparently we have at least a 50/50 chance. We will arrive Sunday afternoon. What is the procedure? Can we go to the parking area and just take an empty site? What time does the service open in the a.m.? would I just walk over and plead my case?
Thanks

No security guard there now that I'm aware of. Take any empty space in the park and wait until Monday morning then go to the service desk at 7:30 AM and plead your case. Good luck.

Moisheh...
I believe BigSkyBob is correct for "drop-ins". I think there is only one thing to add-there is a form you will want to complete on Mondaay AM that is for non-scheduled customers.
What type of work do you need done?

Hi MM:
Nothing major. I have a short list that includes:
bathroom window wont close completely, door awning does not work, main awning does not retract all the way, both front slide awnings need to be retensioned, one slide leaks in heavy rains, wrong awning rod supplied for girard awning. The list was longer but I fixed the rest of the items in about 2 hours.

With that list, you may have trouble getting them to do anything as a drop-in. They take driveability/liveability first. There's nothing like trying though.
Depending on how long you want to sit there waiting, (read: patience and attitude) and depending on how a teams daily schedule works out, you never know..
If you are going on up to the rally in Salem, most if not all of those could be fixed there..
Good Luck!!
