My door awing, Carefree Marquee, stopped working . The motor runs but the awning doesn't move. Anyone had this happen? What is the problem? Called Carefree not much help.

If it is like my earlier Carefree tube driven door awning, the dive probably stripped out. Which means a whole new motor...OR modify the drive with a pulley like this.
