Cause of scraping on bottom of DS slide?

Howdy all- beautiful time in Colorado and excited to take our "new to us" Navigator out in a couple of weeks for it's maiden voyage. I was tinkering with it this past weekend and opened up the slides. I noticed that on the bottom of the driver side slide, a section of plastic had been scraped off and was dangling down. This is the first time this occurred. I took a couple of pictures. I tried to investigate of what could be causing this and I didn't find any obvious obstructions or problems, inside or out. I would appreciate any advice if anyone has ever experienced this?

Always appreciate your time and expertise. This is a great forum!

Thanks,

Is this a flush floor slide with no rollers?

I believe it is. When the slide is being extended, it kind of slides out, lifts up, and then goes flat. It's a 2007 HR Navigator 45' if that is helpful. Thanks!

Yeah, with the slide extended, lift that small flap of carpet at the area where the damage is occurring. Check the plastic lift block for wear / screw heads sticking up.

Watching. I think I know what may have happened but not for sure. I know of some in here that do know for sure and will probably reply. On mine, there are plastic , not sure what to call them, like a buffer attached to my floor at the corners. Suppose to help the slide, glide over the floor. A screw may be loose there or under the slide itself. I think I will go look at mine again and make sure everything is intact. Been meaning too any way. I will take a pic of mine. There is also a replacement for that which is much better than original. I don't remember the name, but someone does.
I'll be back.

EDIT: What 96 said. He posted as I was writing

Ok, I will double check that area tomorrow as I am getting the Aqua Hot serviced and will be at the motorhome. I'll report back what I find. Thank you both for your help!!
