Chassis batteries not charging

Ok bought new Lifeline AGM batteries. Set the Magnum to AGM 1. The chassis batteries aren't charging when connected to shore power for extended periods. I believe what is happening is the Magnum kicks on to float charge and maintain the house batteries but with the AGM 1 profile floats at 13.1 volts. See photo. And this is not enough to trigger the Big Boy relay to close to charge the chassis batteries. I believe voltage to trigger the Big Boy is 13.4. Anyone ever had this problem or any suggestions?
Should I call Lifeline and ask whether manually changing the float settings to 13.4 will have any I'll effects on the Lifelines or shorten their life? Or if using AGM 2 profile is ok?Click image for larger version

Thanks Bill, I changed to AGM 2 went back to check voltages at Big Boy and it clicked closed while I was doing it.
