First step will be to read the codes. They will point you in the direction to start.

Many auto parts stores will run the codes for free. Write them down, and then delete them to see if it was a glitch or a systemic problem when they come back.

It won't do MACH 2, but I can get a sandwich and take a pee.

That would be a trick. A Ford with a Chevy engine.

My 2004 LaPalma is a Workhorse W22 Chassis with the 8.1 GM engine and an Allison 1000 transmission. I suspect the poster is the same.

Lapalma02....your OBDii port is on the left hand side of your steering column, tight against the column.

Failure to plan on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part.

Yes it would, and very rare

They did come either way, but I do agree with you, the GM was more popular then.

Buy your own OBD2 reader at Walmart then you can read and erase them yourself .
