Coach inspection in Greeneville, Tennessee

Hi,

I'm new to this forum. Hope to learn a lot and contribute some day.

I am looking at an 02 Beaver Marquis Amethyst 42 that's for sale at a dealer in Greeneville, TN.

I tried to locate a PPI service provider during the pending purchase but have not been able to locate a reputable company that can inspect the coach.

This coach is reported to have some damage to one of the bathroom due to possible water leak from a window. In that bathroom, there's a soft spot on the wall and on the floor where there's also a soft spot and a cracked tile.

You're probably wondering why I would consider such a coach...It was on E-Bay for what I believe to be a really good price. It's listed under the completed listing section.

Any advice on a company that can do the PPI, and whether you all think I'm crazy for considering this coach?

Thanks,
James

James- the low price might be an indication of the extent of repairs that would be required
