Coach-Net

Has anyone had to file for reimbursement for service from Coach-Net for out of pocket expense when they could not locate a service provider for your breakdown ( tire change on Interstate) (Saturday A.M.)

I located a provider with the help of PA. State Police

If so how long did you have to wait for reimbursement

Incident occurred on 05/23/2020 Mailed paperwork in on 05/27/2020
they never received it

Refiled via Email on 06/09/2020

called for an update on 06/17/2020 they have not gotten back to me Talked to Agent Tracy

Thank You Coach-Net

I have no clue whether Coach-Net reads this forum, and I have not yet needed roadside assistance, but it's testimonials like yours that led me to buy their insurance this year.

Coach-net

I have had Coach-Net for a long time and have used them 4 times. 2 tows - one in Havasu Az, about a mile and once in Utah, an all day event. Two Blowouts in one day with the same repair guy replacing both tires. Never had a dime out of pocket (except for the tire cost $$$).

Very happy wit service.

I have been using Coach-Net for 11 years. They have been outstanding. They always follow through when you get roadside assistance. I recently had an issue (required towing). They were in contact with me almost every 1/2 hour to see how it was going. After the tow they called again to see if I was satisfied with their response. That is customer service at it's best.

Getting a tech on the phone to help solve a problem is also very nice.
