The US and Canadian maps with colored in states is terrific.
Where do you get it? How do you post it? How do you color different states?
What are the 'rules?' Are these states you've been through or states you've stayed in?

Here ya go Bud! I always believed it was wherever you have had the motorhome...driven through or stayed... as long as the rig has been there!

PS... once you complete it... you will probably have to make the jpg a smaller size...
Have fun!

The rules I have been told was you stay at least 1 nite to qualify to color that state. Since motor homes don't float, Hawaii is just a vacation destination, can't really camp there.

I drove through my neighbors yard, but since I didn't stay there, I guess I don't have to paint his house!

Nah, I didn't really drive thru his yard; I just thought it was funny to write. Knowing my neighbor, his face would be so red, I'd have to color all of Texas red.

I like the 'stay overnite' rule. It would seem to qualify the map instead of just quantify it, and make it more fun to color the map in. That way you get to enjoy some of the flavor of the states you are in as well.

Mama,

Do you mean if I buy a new rig, I must start all over?

I didn't start over. Our map reflects where we have travelled in our 30 years of owning a MH. We are now on our 5th MH in that time. Happy Trails !!

On a trip, I always run way behind on my map and only update when I get about 5 or so states behind.

Funny,we bought our map in Alaska when we had our Winnibago Brave. Something kept me from ever putting it on. At that time I was starting to get "diesel fever". I put it on after we bought the Safari Cheetah in Oregon and Alaska was the first state that I put on. Usually it's one of the last one for others. So no, I don't go by the rules of having to have the same rv.

My dad was in the Army and we traveled across the U.S.A. six times when I was a young pup, but I won't use that to put any states on. Now that would be cheating!

AKBrick

Oh yeah, that reminds me, I've got to go put on "Idaho"!

Just a note, for you that do not like things glued on your rig. I put my map on a sheet of plexi, and hang it from the weep holes on the outside window frame. I also added a small piece of velcro to the bottom to keep the whole thing from getting caught by the wind. Mine is on the front of the slide but can fit any window.
