Computer Desk

I am a new owner to a 2007 HR Ambassador 40PDQ, I intend to get rid of one of the opposing coach's but in the mean time I need some computer space. Does anybody know of a decent portable desk that isn't too cumbersome, or other ideas of where to put a laptop while stationary?

I just bought one of these...

Lots of different position adjustments on this table. In addition to the upright position, the leg has a tilted position that tilts the whole top toward you as you sit in a chair. My plan is to use it from either the Euro-style lounge chair, or more likely from the driver captain's chair turned around to face the livingroom. It folds flat, so I can transport it between campgrounds, on the bed or sofa or perhaps in a basement compartment. Just got it so I haven't tried it in the motorhome yet. But it works great at home.

My solution

I was in a similar situation. Previous owner removed second couch and put in a recliner/end table. Wife and I needed a work space. plan was to build until I ran across this pre-fab desk at Wayfair.com. Fit perfectly, very good quality and the price was right (175.00!!!!) Looks great, fits great and very functional. To round it off, I add a euro swivel/recliner that doubles as a desk chair.
Maybe this gives you some ideas.

That's a neat idea. ...and it's already tilted at just the right angle.

We removed our recliner and installed a Secretary Desk from World Market. It works well for the laptop or a tablet.
