Conference Call
I received an email yesterday (below) that gives a phone number to call, but no day or time. I did dial the phone number listed, but only heard music for about 30 seconds and then nothing. Has Navistar lost it, by not putting critical info in the email, or is it there and I just can't see it?? ALSO--We are not "Brian & Letitia".
Dear Brian & Letitia,
As a valued owner of a Monaco or Holiday Rambler RV, I want to invite you to join me on a conference call for a frank and open conversation regarding the future of Navistar RV. We will discuss the direction we are headed, put the story straight about industry rumors and answer any questions our owners have about the company.
This invite is extended only to our current owners and will consist of a brief statement followed by a Q&A period. If you have a question you would like answered during the call, click here to submit it. Please note that questions need to be submitted in advance. You will get an answer to your question, but due to time constraints, it may not be during the conference call.
To attend the Navistar RV Review conference call, dial toll-free 866-206-7204. Please join us approximately 5 minutes prior to the start of the call, so you don't miss any part of this candid discussion.
I look forward to having you join me.
Bill Osborne,
President Navistar RV

The initial e-mail did not have the date and time of the conference call. The subsequent e-mail a couple of hours later did have the date and time for the conference call.
The fact that it was from the president's office and apparently broadcast to the entire customer base makes the date and time omission very lame indeed.
My e-mail was addressed correctly.

So Dave, when is the call? I am currently registered as an owner, but did not receive this email, and would be interested in listening in.

I think this is a very good sign... really appreciate the effort by Navistar to explain their future. It seems that most of what I hear on this forum is very negative... will be nice to hear it from the "horses mouth".

Curious if you had to click on a "link" or if you could respond directly to the email. When you clicked did the click send you directly to your email as a reply? I get skeptical when I get an email with a "link" to click on, especially when they have my name incorrect. Their records should be better than that. Probably just me but I would call Monaco about that email before I responded to the link.

I second that! Do LOTS of homework before EVER clicking a link in an email!!

Well I'll dang sure be interested in hearing what they all have to say to you folks, since I'm not an official owner yet, I doubt I would be invited to listen in.

Trap if you are going to wait this long for your dream coach why not wait and get a new 2014 Diplomat 43dft? Might hold value a little longer. deSanford

If it works like my old office conference call system, they won't know who is calling in. All the info is above. Join them! You have as much a stake in the future of Navistar as any current owner. I'm sure they have a sizeable deposit from you.

Are you second owner? If so, I expect Brian & Letitia were the first owners. I got my notice but no longer own a Monaco product as you can see by my avatar.
