I used JG Lubrication last year for my coolant test. Bought a test kit on line and after receiving took a sample as the instructions suggested. Sent the sample in on a Monday and the results were posted on Thursday evening with a follow up email. I think the test cost $35.
Also have one for an engine oil test but have to wait until I take a trip with the rig before I can sample.
