Cooling Only Thermostat

I have a 2003 Holiday Rambler Endeavor 38PST. In the hallway, there is a Honeywell T810C-1004 Cooling Only thermostat. When you adjust it you can hear a relay energize and de-energize in the front roof mounter Heat Pump. This seems to be independent of the Comfort Control Center. No matter how it is adjusted, it does not seem to affect either the heat pump units or their blowers, or the furnaces. Does anyone know the purpose of this thermostat?

I have a Koolmatic (now obsolete) on my roof that right above my kitchen counter, it is controlled by a thermostat like that.

Do you have any type of roof vent fan???

Yep, that looks like the image of a ceiling vent fan.

I have three (3) MaxxFan Deluxe 7500K Electric Powered Roof Vents. One in the bathroom, one in the hallway, and one in the kitchen. SO your thoughts are that the one in the kitchen or hallway may be connected?

Yes.

You set the temperature you want the fan to come on.
