Cummins Engine Swap

Shooting photos at Cummins today. Asked if there was any way they could retrofit this bad boy for my ISL400.

You might need a tag axle for that puppy...

Or 3. Did you check the GPH on that puppy, HP at peak RPM, you'd probably need to install the trans backwards to get the coach up to speed, OD, double OD, triple OD.... etc.

EDIT: Reminds me of , the days taking my Dodge/Cummins training, the shop attached to the school was rebuilding a hospital back-up gen set. Driven by a V-12 Cummins, if memory serves; this was in 1993; we sat down on day 4 to write our tests and they were doing the shake down testing. Full throttle for 8 hours at max output on the generator, feeding power back into the grid, building was shaking, and we were issued ear plugs during the test.
Just a little distracting.
