Damaged 04 Executive

Dropped my 45 ft Executive officer a tow truck that hooked it under generator. Damaged the general tube steel surrounding and exterior slide out door. Dropped from about 3 ft. I'm really concerned there could be other damage. Should this right be totaled because of unseen issues? Front end, slide outs, generator? Ect. Insurance company serving the out tow truck. Appraiser comes out in a few days. Any suggestions how this should be handled? Thanks in advance for your input

Document EVERYTHING - via email if possible - every phone call, every note...
Take copious pictures of everything - hope u took pics while it was happening...

I shipped a car one time and if I hadn't been there to take pictures of him dropping it off the side of the ramps I'm sure it would have been 'previous' damage!
As it was, they fought me right and left !

For What its Worth:

There is a group on facebook called RV Appraisers or something like that. For a 'small' fee he does appraisals from either a buyers or sellers side using mkt analysis.

May consider this as it is at least one more data point.

Good Luck to you on your situation.

In my opinion, you may have multiple insurance companies pointing fingers at each other but maybe not.

Although you didn't say, and is not any of my business - but hopefully, you are not without a home during this ordeal. Even if not what you had planned.
