Does anyone know how to access the plenum that the dash AC hoses hook to? I have no air coming out of the far left drivers ac vent.

If you have an inspection plate on top of the dash in front of the steering wheel that is one place.

My Coachman put the dash A/C in front of the fire wall inside the engine compartment and tapped it off the blower box (It is a Ford F53 chassis.)
But a more logical location would be to put the blower box and all ductwork INSIDE the coach (on the firewall) and under the dash on the passengers side...

Unfortunately, it that's the case, you'll have to pull the passengers seat so you can get access to the space...
You'll be looking for a box that looks like this...

I have removed the inspection cover on the dash and the hose is connected to the vent. I need to access the other end of this hose.

Post a picture of your complete dash so we can see your layout. I guessing if you have a 10" x 12" panel with your radio you may see it behind that. Just a guess.
