Dash air leaks need a good service tech near San Diego.

The dash air conditioner on my 2008 Monaco Dynasty is leaking Freon. I havenít been able to find a good service center for this near San Diego. Anyone got a referral?

You might try giving Becka Automotive in Chula Vista a call. Not sure they would work on it, but itís just a matter of adding dye into the system and locating the leak. The guys there are some of the most honest I have run across. There is room for your rig if you back it in.

Two hour drive from San Diego is Redlands Truck and RV. They also have there own RV park where you can stay while they work on your coach. Family owned, excellent staff.

I would like to '2nd' the vote for Redlands Truck and RV. They actually fixed our dash air conditioning on our 2008 Monaco Dynasty after several attempts by Colton Truck Terminal in Colton, CA. Colton Truck was very hit and miss on repairs. Every repair/service that we had done at Redlands, was done right the first time.

After Redlands Truck and RV fixed it, it worked perfectly until the day that we sold it in 2014 (a good 4+ yrs.).

They also installed the towing equipment on the '17 Lincoln.

Highly recommend them!

Mark

Mr. Randy,

I had Redlands do the following to the Dynasty...

-Install a MCD double roller shade for the driver window (mesh and solid roller). I wish had done that from when the coach was new.

-Adjust driver's side front slide when it becamed quirked (needed adjusted, only happened once).

-Fixed dash air (ice cold for the remainder of the repair).

-Repaired engine door metal L-shaped 'catch' that the latch grabs when locking.

-Oil and filter changes.

Good luck, you will not be disappointed.

Mark
