Dash Air Vacuum?

This I believe is part of the dash air vent issue. it has a open line or a plug missing? seems to me something is missing?

No, this is either for the air dump for the front air bars or the sliding step cover if you have one. I think it's the front air bag dump since it doesn't have adjustment screws for how fast the step cover comes in.

With only one line hooked up by the looks of it. Air dump valve. Cylinder actuators should have exhaust speed needle valves.
