I had to replace mine summer before last. In my case, the fan motor was right in perfect view right behind the front cover of the RV, just above the Onan generator.

It was a simple as three screws and cutting/crimping the wires and remounting.

Yours may be the same type of layout.

The heater fan is located inside the dashboard just to the right of the wooden drawer box. It's quite a job to get to. You have to remove the wooden drawer box and take the dashboard apart enough to spread it open enough to get at the blower motor. The blower motor is readily available at such auto parts stores as NAPA. It's a common blower motor used in '70s era GM pickup trucks.

Now. A heads up and some thoughts.

By the time you find all the screws and take the dash apart and fix that blower motor, when you finally get the dash back together you may struggle with squeaks and creaks for a time until you get all the screws right. It took my three years to accomplish that.

The blower motor is to the right of the wooden drawer box, about half way down the dash front. What some guys have done is to simply cut a hole in the front of the dash, then make a new piece to cover the hole. This makes a future replacement of the blower motor really fast and easy.

I thought about doing that. I decided to take the dash apart. I can assure you, if I'm the guy replacing the blower motor the next time, I'm cutting a hole in the front of the dash.
