Dashboard Toggle Swith

2000 Diplomat DP . The dash toggle switch for the 7500 watt Onan Generator fell apart , It was a 6 prong switch made by Carlynswitch , problem is they dont make it anymore , it has 4 connections on one side and 2 on the other . Google it but cant find the same configuration . Is there a way to find out how to connect a 6 prong 20 amp switch so I dont burn out my genny !

Contact Northwest RV Supply in Eugene Oregon. They have all Monaco surplus parts. They have thousands of Carlington switches.

Yep, X2 on NW RV Supply. They might be able to cross reference another gen switch. Otherwise contact Carling directly and see if they have a similar switch.

I'm pretty sure the switch you need is a Carling #VLD2GHNB-AAC00-000

Here is the spec sheet for the switch: https://www.alliedelec.com/m/d/2ccef...32d5b0a7a9.pdf

Allied Electronics has stock here: https://www.alliedelec.com/product/c...-000/70131622/

Good Luck,
Russ

Dang! Wish I knew about these two sources a few months back. The rocker switch for one of my two dash fans locked up and I couldn't find one after searching for a while so I ended up calling the RV Yard in Kentucky and bought a used one.

Came out of exact model I had and popped right in and works great. Now after reading this thread....the bad part was it cost me a total of $30. A small price to pay it seemed at the time for an exact match......but you can count on me bookmarking AND writing down these two places. Currently I need a new momentary rocker switch for my water pump......only because it doesn't light up anymore. Ill be calling this place Monday. Thanks!
