We have a 99 Windsor and recently the DC House power has gone out except when we are
1. Plugged in to AC 120 Volts
2 Running the generator
3 Running the Cummins engine (some of the time)
The Norcold fridge won't even run on propane
Is this due to
1 A bad ground connection
2 Faulty relay Switch (solenoid or transfer switch ) . If so , where is it ?
3 Damaged Inverter/charger ?
How to I find and correct the problem?
I have little confidence in the local RV dealer so I am open to any advice .
We like to tailgate at ballgames and right now I have too run the genny 24/7.

On your Norcold. There is a red 12 v wire in the rear that goes to the circuit board or to the recall box. If you have 12v to the recall box, check to see if you have 12v on the blue wire from the recall box to the circuit board.
Regarding your 12v only works when you have 120 v present. I'd check my salesman solenoid. It may be bad and is working on 13.4 volts when you are plugged in or generator but the battery 12v may not be enough to activate it.
.
When I am plugged in to AC 120, I hear the relay click. It does not do that when not plugged in.
Thanks for the tip. I'm sure hoping it is that and not the inverter !
You should have 2 outlets outside behind the refrigerator. One is through the inverter and one is not. The refrigerator is suppose to be plugged into the non inverter plug.
The fact your Norcold doesn't work on propane. It's portably to know if it's getting the 12v to the circuit board.
I guess it is possible that the inverter/charger has stopped charging the house batteries .
The batteries are Trojan 105s only a few years old . I have the coach at a tire place right now so I can't check anything.
Thanks
