Dead dash gauges in 2008 Beaver Contessa

Have a 2008 Beaver Contessa Milan with Cat C-9 400hp. I am getting a flashing Park light on the dash when the coach is off. When I turn the key, I don't get any lights on the dash or the normal start-up sequence display and the analog gauges stay dead. Coach starts up fine and seems to operate properly. Call to Monaco has them telling me what they refer to as the ILB needs replacement. Part is the long bar on the dash that normally displays Check Engine light and other warnings (also referred to as Medallion or Intergy Part 16624346). Costs about $1,000. Before I replace it, does anyone have experience with a similar problem and know of any troubleshooting or advice? I've already tried pulling the buss connector out of the back to see if it will reset, and turning both coach and chassis power offer and back on, but still just get the flashing Park light only on that bar. During winter storage, all batteries went down to too low of voltage and I noticed at one point the dash lights were mysteriously flashing while in storage. So Monaco rep suspects low voltage damaged the ILB. Particularly frustrating to me because I am about to sell this great coach, which has under 12,000 miles, and swapping the ILB is going to reset the odometer so mileage will not be correct on the dash. I haven't gotten to the point of finding out if there is a process to program correct mileage in. Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Had a 2008 HR Scepter Tag.

Gauges went flat on it once after service. I know you said you tried the disconnects but that won't work.

You need to disconnect the cables from both chassis batteries. Then reconnect. Some items are still powered before they go through the disconnects.

Hope it helps.

By Federal Law they are required set the new ILB to the old mileage before shipping it to you or the dealer has to do it. Either way you can't tamper with the actual vehicle mileage even by getting a new control unit.
