Does anyone out there know all the Service Advisors names that are at the Diamond Hills, Oregon facility? (or whatever the name is for the Oregon facility)
We dealt with one for a short time ...and liked him...but cannot find his card...

Their Names...??

I'd love to be able to brag that my coach is so trouble-free that it's never seen the inside of a service facility, but unfortunately it's quite a common visitor at the Wildwood location. On first-name basis with the Emergency-Tech crowd, too.

Ok, so maybe it's never seen the inside of the OREGON facility? Doesn't that count for something?

We just left there last week, but I don't know all the service advisors names. Ours was Jesse Shaw and our friends was name Rob. If you want to get all the names you should be able to call the receptionist. The phone number is 541-995-1123 or 877-466-6226.

Just a note on the Diamond Hill Facility. Last November they decided to quite doing a lot of customer service things. They moved Barbara out of the customer lounge, stopped many seminars, craft classes, outings and hot dog lunches. Because of so many complains from visitors to Diamond most of these things have been restored. Barbara is back in the lounge helping all of us and they are slowing restoring other services. I guess Monaco does listen when enough of us complain.

NEW USER-----I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM JESSIE SHAW. HE IS VERY COCKY--I WAS TOLD BY HIM THAT IF I WANTED MY CENTER CONSOLE INSTALLED I COULD TAKE IT BACK TO CALIFORNIA AND INSTALL IT MYSELF--TOOO BAD HIS BOSS WAS STANDING BEHIND HIM AT THE TIME!!!!! HE WAS ALSO RESPONCABLE FOR MY RIG BECOMING MISSING AFTER EVERYONE HAD GONE HOME FOR THE NIGHT----WAS LEFT IN THE PAINT SHOP DOWN THE STREET!! HIS BOSS AGAIN HAD TO COME BACK TO DIAMOND HILL AFTER ALREADY BEING HOME AND CHASE DOWN MY RIG AND GO AND DRIVE IT BACK, SO THAT I WOULD HAVE A PLACE TO SLEEP THAT NIGHT!!!! THE MANGERS NAME IN DIAMOND HILL IS STEVE ORLIN AND HE SEEMS NICE ENOUGH---I THOUGHT JESSIE HAD WORKED HIS LAST DAY FOR MONACO BOTH TIMES---BUT HE MUST OF BEEN A FAMILY MEMBER OF A HIGHER UP.. I HAD AROUND 50 ITEMS TO BE FIXED AND AFTER THERE TECHS GOT THROUGH BREAKING THINGS,GREESING THE CARPETS,SLICINGA HOLE IN THE PASSENGER SEAT,AND STEALING A MIRROR OUT OF THE BATHROOM--THE LIST CONTINUED TO GROW TO MORE THAN 60 ITEMS THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED IN THE 7 1/2 WEEKS THAT I WAS STUCK THERE...THEYSEEM TO BREAK MORE THAN FIX THINGS. MY THOUGHT WOULD BE TO GO TO GRASS VALLEY---DEMARTINI RV WHO USUALLY GETS YOU IN AND OUT THE SAME DAY AND HAVE A GOOD REP!!!!
