Diplomat Coolant Reservoir

I have exhausted all means of researching here and Google in finding a part number for a coolant reservoir on a 2008 Diplomat, 400 cummings. There is a very small crack just below the reservoir cap.
Can someone help with a part number? Will contact Monaco Monday but i wanted to compaier prices with a part house first.
Thanks, Pez

Or, you could just seal the crack. My 2007 DFT40 had a crack just below the filler, and we used Devcon 2 part epoxy - works like a champ!

I used Monaco Direct Parts Warehouse | VeurinksRV.com in Grand Rapids, Michigan too. I sent them a photo of my tank and I had a new one in a few days. Pretty cheap as I recall, around $200. Funny, they are in MI and it was shipped from Oregon.

I went the glue route for 2 years, but my tank had deterioration, and it was spreading.

Repair is an option. I did use "J" weld repair for short trip but in the log run its better to replace. Here's the skinny.

I have a 2003 Monaco Dipl so the numbers may differ. Mine came with a plastic overflow. They use nylon now.

Radiator overflow container

part number 01806583 It was listed at $192.00 but you know thats prbly changed.

There is also a "sending unit " that attaches to the overflow . Might want to check the condition of yours.

Part number for that is

Ford #XC4-10D968-AA No idea on price, mine was good.

Monaco didn't re invent the wheel on these. I checked the local ford dealer and some of these parts were the same and were available for their large truck division.

The best way to do this is call Monaco, give them your coach number and they can tell you what you need.

If they get stumped, try throwing the above numbers at them.

Thanks to all of you for your suggestions and info. I ordered a reservoir tank from Monaco in Oregon, Part number 01-806583 priced at $146.36 also engine fan. Best price for parts I could fine were Monaco. Taking the easy way out and staying with original type fan. In doing some PM found a crack in 2 blades.
Thanks

Pez......You can buy the Source Engineering fan that increases mileage, about $650.00. If you don't want to go that route, I have my fan that I removed from my coach when I installed the Source Fan.

Evidently they didn't re invent the wheel. Same overflow, same part number,

better price than I got. Good deal
