On my '06 Dip the green light is steady when the system says the coach is level.

As for the label that says the "Engine" must be on - that makes no sense since we are told to dump air first-the air would just refill unless you held the dump switch. The key does have to be on however - the combo of dumping the air and turning the key on means you have to listen to the low air alarm the whole time you are leveling. You could disable that alarm, but the would not be wise in my opinion as knowing your air is low while trying to drive is a real good thing!
