Agree, rust is developing as we speak in EVERYTHING, including some of the stuff that did go under because of the 100% humidity in enclosed areas... and rust is not the worst of it... mold will make you sick for a long, long time..

I also say "TOTAL IT" for sure. I can't begin to imagine all the things that will have to be replaced if water got that high, you'd be chasing ghosts on that thing for ever IMHO!
