Well thank you for all the good advice and going with the off topic discussions I will tell you my birtday is March 11th so I guess I will get new Koni shocks all around as my gift....my bride of 43 years never knows what to get me anyway.
Also will have to add new tires following the 5-6 year rule and hopefully these two changes will cure the problem.

Basically, yes. I know the Koni's and Bil$teins are highly praised and they are probably better shocks. However, for a little less than half the cost and with the same lifetime replacement warranty, I decided to give the Monroe's a try. Only one of the B'steins was obviously bad (leaking oil). The ride was remarkably smoother. Really can't say the handling is better or not. The coach was stable before and after the shock swap.
