I sent in a tech question 3 weeks ago, resent after one week and no response. I will have to call the 800 number and wait the 45 minutes on hold.

I purchased a new H.R. Endeavor 9/15/05. I've called tech support approx. 15 time in the last year. The longest I ever waited to speak to tech. was 5 minutes. I always call about mid morning pacific time. Results have always been excellent. LOL.

I have e mailed them off and on ever since they bought Beaver with technical questions and always have gotton a quick response. Did you include your coach SN and year of manufacture?

I could not understand why you pegged Monaco for not responding to your email! Why would you as a 2006 Winnebago Vectra owner be inquiring technical support from Monaco.

If you need Winnebago tech support, get in line and be prepared to wait.

If you have questions about Monaco Products call 800-634-0855 and ask for Fred.

We are very fortunate here on iRV2 to have a member of the Winnebago Customer Service team that reads posts and responds to members through the iRV2 message system.

As a former Winnebago owner that had posted a complaint about the delayed delivery of my Vectra last year,I was contacted the very next morning in regard to my complaint and I am keenly aware of the fact that this practice continues today.

I would love to have "Fred" take the time to introduce himself here on the Monaco Owners Forum,I'm sure there would be some Monaco owners that would love to say hello.
