Do you hate the J lounge

My wife had me replace the J lounge and then remove the new love seat and split it and put a table between the two chairs. I really like it now I am in the process of cutting the lines for the aquahot unit to make it fit in between the two chairs.

Has anyone cut a liquid line on an aquahot?

Where do these lines go???
Are they for the engine preheat?

Figure out the where, why, and how first.
Cutting aquahot lines can influence the complete operation of the unit
and you will not want that expense.

I would drain the AH, make the changes, add unions and clamps at the cut points, and refill with Camco Pink Boiler Fluid.
And best wishes!

We removed the j lounge a few years ago. In its place We put two recliners with a small table with one drawer to fit between the recliners. The table is just big enough to install the Aquahot register. It was simple we disconnected the hoses from the Aquahot removed the register from the couch, reinstalled the register into the table, reinstalled the hoses. Been working ever since.

Any issues with fluid under pressure? I am doing just about what you did but don't want to create a air lock or big mess

Don't worry about airlock. Just make sure Aquahot is off, thermostats and Aquahot. Make sure it is cold. Regarding the heat register, Cut or unclamp one hose with a small bowl to catch small amount of coolant. Then do other side. Disconnect the 12volt power. Assuming you have cut a place in the new cabinet to install the the register, slide it in, cut old hoses to right length, install and clamp. Then reinstall the 12volt wires. Then start up Aquahot and check for leaks. DONE
