I doubt it. At least not without some significant rewiring.
If 2006 is like 2003, the essex keypad doesn't actually control the lock solenoids directly.
The keypad sends a "lock" signal to the coach's central locking system. And then the coach relays use that signal to trigger both the front door lock relay and the bay door lock relay.
In other words, the keypad isn't sending a 'lock front door' signal and also a separate 'lock bay doors' signal, it's just sending a lock signal. And it's the coach wiring causes both relays to fire.
The coach is wired such that when the essex keypad sends an "unlock" signal, the coach triggers the front door relay and not the bay door relay. So, the two systems are separate, but not such that you could selectively lock just the front door with the keypad. At least not as originally wired.
Presumably you could rewire the coach's locking system so that the keypad 'lock' doesn't fire both front door and bay doors, then use one of the unused aux signals on the keypad (repurpose the unused blue Arm wire) to specifically lock the bay doors. But then you'd always need to specifically lock the bay doors.
Cheers,
Walter
