Door Seals on storage compartments - 2003 Monaco Windsor

Has anyone replaced the seals around their storage compartment doors? It appears that there is a thin rubber tube like seal around all the doors that is starting to come loose from around the doors.

I had the seal come apart on the compartment where I store an inflatable boat. Seems that dragging the boat out across that seal caused it to separate. Looking at the back of the compartment door, I could see the area where the tube was rubbing. I simply pulled the tube loose from the rest of the seal and glued it to the backside of the door. It now seals by contacting the portion of the seal fastened to the compartment lip. It may or may not be permanent, but it was a quick and cheap fix.

That looks cool. Have to see if I can make it work on an 06 Patriot Thunder. Tired of all the road dirt in my compartments.
