Doorbell

I have a 03 baroness and the outside doorbell button fell completely out. Id like to replace it. Anyone replaced this before? Is it hard wired into the Rv? Do you have to access it from the inside? What brand door bells would yall recommend using to replace with? Thanks.

If you have a cupholder in the passenger side arm rest, try pulling it and see if you can see the back side of the doorbell. If you can, but can't get to it thru the cupholder hole, you will probably have to take off the switch panel to access it.

I suspect it is nothing more than a momentary push button. You may be able to take it to Home Depot and find a similar if not exact replacement. You might have to buy an outdoor assembly and remove the button part from the housing, but I'll bet you can find something that will work.

Isn't your actual doorbell located in the coach, somewhere? Ours is high on the wall of the cabinet under the vanity sink.

Not knowing exactly you your coach is configured, that would be my suggestion.

I installed a wireless Doorbell. It works great. The only downside is that you have to replace batteries (I just replace once a year - not sure how long they actually last).

Cool I was looking for something that was similar to the factory setup, so I wouldn’t have to drill more holes.

I replaced our doorbell button with a lighted button from Home Depot. The button pops out and then you disconnect the wires from the old button and connect them to the new button. Only takes 5 min.

Yea my whole button fell out, but no wires were connected to it. The button just presses another button on the inside.

Mine is also a residential type, however, it is larger than any I found at HD or Lowes. Therefore, the holes are too far apart. I'm still looking for a replacement.
