Usually a valve for this is located in the water bay. My friend's Monaco has a panel accessed from the bay next to the water bay where a panel slides to reveal the group of drain valves.
Hope this helps you.

On my 2003 Windsor it is right in front of the tank. Open the bay door for the fresh water tank. Mine is a ball valve right there.

On our 2002 Windsor the freshwater drain valve is on the floor on the right side of the wet bay!
