why not cut the cup holder in half and get a piece of pvc pipe and glue it
that way you can make it as deep as you want

And that is what I was contemplating last evening. Not having the coach here, I can't measure it....

The other problem is they are poorly located.
I am wondering.. If I took say a 1x4 and finished it to mate with my Dash or trim. then drilled and put in a common universal cup holder. Could I remove the existing cup holder and using something like a Goggle bolt lock that 1x4 in place so it woudl fom an "Arm" tha theld the cup. Closer to my hand but not in the way.
Humm.. Just thought of thisk, Will have to give it a try in a couple years when I'm next in position to need it. Might work.
If someone wants I can sketch it out for you you will need to work on dimensions though.

Something like this could be used or easily modified if you want to change the locations.
RAM-B-132-121U RAM Golf Cart Self Leveling Drink Holder
I don't mind the current locations, and I don't want my cockpit cluttered looking.

Our Contigo hot OR cold beverage cups do not fit ours at all. I resorted to keeping mine between me and the seat belt (passenger side) on the chair. But that doesn't help my husband.
Trying to figure a way to get a deeper BIGGER one over on his side. Me, not so worried about but his is a real issue.

I had the same issue with a cup or glass never being the right size for the cup holder. So, I used a hole saw on a sheet of ABS plastic to cut out several disks, glue them together and clamped them overnight to dry.
Then I dropped disks into the deep center section of the cup holder and covered them with a coaster. The drill hole in the center of the insert makes it easy to remove it with pocket screwdriver. And, the plastic isn't affected by liquid.

Depth isn't our issue, diameter IS. The ones in the coach are too small in diameter.

Busy day. Decided to take the easy way out as Happycarz did.

I keep a small amount of change in my cup holders for change at toll booths.

That's not an option for us. I'll bet a whole lot more people drink something while they drive than don't.

Capt, nice touch with the carpet. If you wish to remove the 3 rubber flaps, pull the bezel off, remove flaps, and snap bezel back on.
Insert 3 or 4 fingers into cup holder just catching the seam of where the bezel meets the cup holder. Look at picture to find proper location of retaining tabs. Then push outward to release bezel.
