Driver's captain chair with built in seat belt

I'm looking for a Driver's captain chair with built in seat belt. I had mine reupholstered a couple of years ago by a POS shop that did not rebuild the seat portion like I paid for. the upholstery is good but I sit in a hole. Or if someone can take it apart and rebuild the seat.

From watching auto restore shows ,I know a good shop can replace foam and even use different densities ,to make older seat shapes have more of a deeper bucket feel. Do you know who made old seat. You used to be able to get foam from flexsteel ,maybe the gal that took over making covers has a handle on getting the foam as well.
