Driver's side slide rollers

I have the power gear electric slide on the drivers side. I recently installed some stainless steel plates at the bottom of the slideout where the rollers touch while going in and out. I noticed that when in the all the way in position, the rollers do not touch the bottom of the slide. Is this normal? It seems that is not right. My outside paint stripes line up on the slideout and body.

That may be the best advice I've heard about anything in a very long time!

When I removed my kitchen tile & extra OSB layer (pass. side) I was concerned because my rollers would no longer make contact with the floor. Now I am talking about the rollers that are located inside/under the cabinets so whether that makes a difference you'll have to decide. However when I talked to Cass-Hudson the manufacture of the rollers, who seemed to be knowledgeable about the slide system. They indicated that the rollers were more meant as a guide and that the bulk of the weight was carried by the gear system. I did end up re-welding my rollers for they would make contact but I agree, if your slide is working fine I'd leave it alone.
