Drivers side window removal

I am getting ready to tackle fixing a fogged window on my 2002 Monaco Windsor. I have 3 windows, the front door, the passenger side small window and drivers side sliding window that are fogged. I would like to start with the drivers side window as it is the one I need the most for safety reasons.

Are there any tricks to removing the window? I know I have to remove the dozens of screws and inner frame. What about the outside, what is the best way to get the window out of the opening without damaging the paint.

I have ordered all of the necessary supplies from DK Hardware, total cost to do 3-5 windows was ~$120. I'm ready to go, just need to get my nerve up to start

Thanks is advance for your replies and help

I've had my drivers side window removed twice. The only trick after removing all the screws is to not let the window fall out on the ground!

I have the ps small window fogged up, too. What are you doing to repair yours?

Don't think the old one will fall out, you usually have to separate it from the coach with a razor/putty knife...too bad because if it would fall out it would make the job easier. Now the new one needs to be held in by a second person or lots of blue tape till you get some screws into the inside frame.

Here is a link to an IRV2 post that explains the steps.
http://www.irv2.com/forums/f258/fogg...ad-216506.html

There is also a couple of good Youtube videos that show the repair.

There are several other resources if you search the net.

I ordered that components in the above link except I did get the Black Spacer as there were several comments that the gray could be seen in a repaired window. Got most of them from DK Hardware for better price and combined shipping. They sell via EBAY also but never could get an answer to combined shipping.
