For storage outside I let the air out of the 8 air bags. I don't lower the jacks. deSanford

When I park the coach for an extended time, I always dump the air. Sometimes I lower the jacks to take some weight off the tires, sometimes I don't.

When I don't dump the air, sometimes over an extended time a ride height valve can leak a little and let one corner of the coach sit down, while the other corners are still up. Looks ridiculous, and it can't do the coach any good.

I guess I don't understand your response. When I was a full timer I moved around, only staying in one spot for two or three weeks, maybe a month at the most. How can they be down "all the time". The concept of being a "full timer" is keep moving. If you stay in one place for long periods of time, say 4 to 6 months, why own an expensive depreciating mobile vehicle. You might as well buy a house. Exercising the jacks prevents premature failure.

There are folks that go south and park for 3-4 months over the winter and I say good for them however i do agree that you should exercise the jack periodically even if you are wintering down south
