Dyna windshield wiper arms
My '06 Monaco Camelot has, according to Monaco Parts, a Dyna windshield wiper arm. The part # is 201566. It's stripped out so it no longer will oscillate with the shaft. Monaco says they don't have, nor can they get this arm anymore. They said they got them from Diesel Equipment, whom I called and they also do not carry them anymore.
So obviously I'm a little perplexed since I'm out of commission, windshield wiper, wise. Has anyone else run into this problem, and if so, what did you do about it?
I've been trying to locate a phone number for Dyna but so far to no avail. I've found references to Dyna wiper blades, arms, etc. on the internet but nothing about a web site or phone number for them. Maybe they bit the dust to when Monaco shut down.
Please Help...

Wiper Parts at Mill Supply, item E, should be what you need. They have alot of other parts too. Many RV parts are commonly used on StepVan & delivery van type trucks too.

Thanks ... rsflight ...
I checked their web site but didn't find anything close to what my arms are like.
Just for kick's here's a photo of my wiper arms.
As you can see there huge and really different because of being a "wet arm" as well as a "dog leg." So far it's making it very difficult to find what I need.

Bob....worse case scenario, how about reworking the gear on the arm (find another gear you can insert) or drill the arm and the shaft and run a bolt through it.

Bob, that part number may only be the Monaco number and not the Dyna number. Give Monaco a call back and see if they will give you the Dyna number, then Google that.

The wiper on our mh did the same thing. The motor shaft rotated fine but the wiper arm slipped and did not follow the rotation. I fixed it by placing a small strip of emory cloth around the wiper shaft and tightened the wiper arm down on the emory cloth. This stopped the slippage now for over 2 years. This may work for you.

Bob, Loctite Red will fix it, if you want a fix. Clean all loose material from connection, apply and tighten and let it sit for 2 hrs. Make sure you have the arm where you want it because it is semi-permanent. If you ever need to remove the arm just use a heat gun. Carefully heat, protecting any painted or rubber surfaces. Loctite Red becomes liquid at about 500 degrees F, (so all the paint on the arm will be gone). I fixed the wiper arm on my pickup with Locktite Red 5 years ago and it is still going strong. This compound is close in strength to aluminum. This is an anaerobic compound, (sets in the absence of air) so it starts to set as soon as the parts come together. This will work but as you can see it has a few drawbacks.

Thanks for all the ideas and web sites. That Amequipment looks pretty promising. I've sent them an email and hopefully will hear back from them soon.
I did put the arm back on and tightened it as much as I dared, but I think I'll take it back off and try "Oh-one's" idea with the emory cloth. It sounds pretty promising.
