Dynasty Brake Rotors

Last week I took our 2003 Monaco Dynasty in for a new set of Michelin tires. I first had them check the alignment and they found the drag link had more play than it should and the tire rod ends needed replaced. While they were waiting on the parts to get there they started to put the new tires on only to discover the front disc brake rotors were cracked. The driver's side had two cracks and the passenger side had one crack. As of Friday they were still searching for parts. They have called Monaco and have a couple of leads but it will be Tuesday before they will have any more info.

If anyone knows where a good place to purchase the brake rotors please post!

On the cross I beam of your front axle in the middle facing forward is a metal tag with the Dana Spicer part number for your front axle assemble. You either have a 12000 lb or a 14000 lb E series axle and I believe they both use the same brake assemblies. They are also used on some Mack and other trucks. Meritor probably actually makes the rotor.

As Mike said above... on the axle should be the PN and the place doing the work should not have a problem finding the rotors for it... I have the Spicer axle and nobody has had any issues finding any parts related to the axle, hubs, rotors....

Getting anything from Monaco just ends up costing more, taking longer to get and has a higher degree of being wrong. Sorry Monaco, but I do not find you to be very helpful or knowledgeable of your own product.

And yes, I love my Monaco Dynasty and I have not seen anything else out there that I would trade it for.
