Cummins made more than one 350hp engine. On my 350hp ISC the ECM is located on passenger side (pusher engine) of engine block a little above oil pan about mid way front to back.

Red,
I don't know for sure. I crawled under mine this AM and could not see it on either side. On the passenger side, above the compressor and hydraulic pump there are a number of wiring harness cables running up toward the side rail next to the fuel injection pump.

If you pull the large access cover in the BR closet you should be able to see it on the left hand side looking at the back of the RV.

Unfortunately my slides are in and BR closet full of cloths and stuff so It would be hard for me to access.

FYI, if you haven't joined the Cummins Quick Serve site it would be worth it for you to create an account and register your engine.
