Electrical Issue??

All, I have noticed that my front cap clearence lights (LED Bars) are not fully lighting up. (there are 2 rows of 6 or 8 LED's in each one. Only about half the bulbs in each light are working. I have checked all the other ones around the coach and they all work great. This issue is just with the front ones (5 lights totals) I am thinking about moving one of the 100% ones to the cap and see what happens before I order new ones. If changing one out does not work, what might it be. Thanks in advance.

My lights did the same thing. The only repair is to replace the lights. I took one of the lights apart to see what was wrong. Appears some of the chips on the small circuit board fail.

ArmyEOD.....I don't have the led lights in my front cap, but have the led third brake light. About 4 of the 20 or so lights in it burned out. It was all one unit and I had to replace the whole thing. It was tough to find another that fit in the same cut out.

Thanks Guys, I was afraid of that. I found the direct replacement on line. I sent them an email for a quote, 5 units with shipping arond 55 bucks, nor as bad as I thought it would have been. I am going to go ahead and get an extra one while I am at it.
