Electrical Issues with 2015 Holiday Rambler

Has anyone have this happen: When the camper is on shore power everything works fine. But when just on battery power, window shield wipers, exit stairs, tank level indicating light, slide out will not move. These condition are present with the engine running or not. Anyone have any ideas?

With or without shore power you're still talking about 12 vdc items working and not working.

I would get out a meter and start checking at the batteries and work from there.

Inside your coach, Your 12 volt disconnect switches on? 1 or 2 depending if there is 2 inverters. Are the inverters set to operate? Look for the manual (physical) disconnect in or near your battery compartment? Are they on? Check these first than look at and test power from your 12 fuses. They to should be near by your 12 volt source. Good luck.

12VDC

I find it odd that the wipers are not working while the engine is running as they are a function of the alternator. I would definitely check the voltage at the engine battery while it is running. We can work through from there. Also, check your continuity between the engine battery negative and a chassis ground.

We believe that a circuit board went bad. New board is in - waiting to find out if that was the problem
