Electrical system help

NEED HELP!!
We own a wonderful 2009, well maintained Camelot with 3 air conditioners.
Problem:
I was working in the coach and left for 2 hours. Upon return found that the air conditioners were not working.
I reset the 50 amp circuit breaker in the coach and reset one air conditioner.
The generator was running and the 4 house batteries were discharged to 11.8 volts which caused the generator to automatically start. I did not recall that I had the auto generator start on; it was set to come on at 11.9 volts, which it did. I know I wasn’t getting 110/220 to the coach.
An after-market progressive industries, EMS/surge protector was installed after I purchased the coach. The EMS shows the coach is getting the two 110 legs. I don’t believe the generator was wired in to the EMS surge protector.
After resetting the circuit breakers in the coach I still did not have 110/220 voltage or 12 volt charging.
Based on past experience I reset the circuit breakers on the inverter and the generator with no results.
The surge protector has a panel outside designed to show a number of codes if the voltage is not getting through. It is showing no codes or problems. It shows voltage on two legs and no amps being drawn, so I know electricity is getting as far as the EMS/surge protector.
So, the 12 volt system and the 110/220 system is not working from the generator.
When unplugged the same display is blank. That could be a hard wire issue.
Bottom line, is there an unknown circuit breaker or fuse that I have not reset?
I plugged and unplugged the duplicate input and all lights lit up for a few second except for the voltage displays. (Which causes me to believe it’s getting electrical)
The coach is getting 110/220 from the plug based on the external EMS and surge protector display so it is not a home plug problem or a generator problem. I am getting not voltage on the inside from either the generator or the 110/220 plug.
I believe the stock, built in EMS is faulty. The after-market EMS I purchased shows that electricity is going into the coach, but the internal EMS is not distributing the electricity and may be blown.
With respect to the generator electricity is coming from the generator (12 volt & 110/220) but is not getting to the plugs.
I plugged and unplugged the internal Intellitech EMS many times. When plugged back in, everything lights up for a couple of seconds then everything goes out. This leads me to believe the internal EMS is getting electricity, but only for a few seconds.
When the engine is running the house batteries charge. (I have tried using a battery charger as well)
1. Is there a circuit breaker or fuse that I’ve missed and if so where would the location be?
2. I think I read that some coaches have a fuse behind the panel where the internal EMS is located.
3. Should there be one there for a 2009 Camelot?
4. Is there anything I haven’t done?
I live in Northern CA; any suggestions on where to take the coach for repair? (I checked with the service manager at DeMartini, which is an excellent shop and has great owners, but their first available appointment for drop off is July 15. He told me they wanted to do their own independent diagnosis.
He also advised me they are stacked up and it may take DeMartini two weeks to even look at it if they still stacked up. Diagnosis and ordering of parts could take much longer.
Does anyone out there know of a reputable shop that could diagnose and repair sooner?

All Seasons RV in Yuba City used to do decent work but I suspect they are booked up weeks out too.

If you can run a voltmeter the folks here can most likely get you through it.

My first gut feeling was that you bumped the switch near the entry door that controls a lot of the 12 volt systems. The air conditioners require 12 volts for their circuitry to work.

However you have some confusing symptoms. Perhaps a walk through of where the voltage path is.

Shoreline to (any add on devices), then to the transfer switch, where the generator comes into play of course.

From the transfer switch (if working correctly) to your AC circuit breaker panel main breaker, then on to breakers, and on to a circuit board with relays inside the AC circuit breaker panel. These relays are load shedding devices as the circuit board decides what loads to turn off based on the factory setup.

At this stage measurements inside your AC breaker panel would eliminate a lot of stuff along the path.

My circuit board went up in smoke at one time.

You likely have some secondary problems if your batteries went low enough to make the generator start OR your auto start is based on inside temps.

Hope this gets you moving along a bit.

Our coaches are quite different but I have had similar issues. First, I suggest turning off the generator (and disabling auto start) to focus on the line power. I'd drop the external EMS out of the circuit and see if the power comes back up.
If not, make sure the inverter is on. If our inverter is off, no AC flows to the breaker panel.
If none of that works, start checking for AC power into and out of the EMS and into and out of the transfer switch. One or the other might be the culprit. The OEM transfer switch used in our coach was overly complex and not very robust. If that is the problem, they are easy to wire around until you can get a new one. Installation is easy of access isn't too bad. We use an external EMS, so it is easy to just unplug it if in doubt.
FWIW, I don't run the generator when hooked to line power. I don't let the transfer switch ... switch under load. As far as I'm concerned, that thing is a safety device, not a feature.

Hope that helps,

The common thing between the generator and shore power is the transfer switch... start checking for power there and through it.

With respect to service, I would look for a mobile tech with "emergency" service. Not sure exactly where you are, but I would try a google search with your location and mobile RV tech.

Your RV load center should have a main breaker. I assume you've checked it, but I would verify with a volt meter if voltage is getting to the load center and not getting past the main breaker or not getting to the load center at all. Breakers can fail where they look like they are reset, but not actually passing voltage. If it's not getting to the main breaker, then I would look at the transfer switch, verifying the voltage from the generator and shore line are getting to it. Generally when transfer switches fail, one power source or the other still works, but not both.

bench-

I would start by testing at the transfer switch, as others have suggested. If you are not comfortable testing "live" 120VAC equipment, get a mobile tech to come to your coach to do it.

Monaco coaches of your era were built with the IOTA 50-R transfer switch. There was a recall on these switches; they could fail and cause a fire. If your coach has an IOTA 50-R, I recommend you replace it. The Esco LPT50BRD is a common replacement transfer switch for the IOTA.
