Email address for Monaco to share original build/option list
Hello,
I've being doing some searching online for how to acquire a copy of the original build/option sheet once I get my coach.
I'm only looking since someone mentioned this on my other thread. I went to the new Monaco website, but I'm not sure which group to contact for prior Motorhome information.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Kerry

Contact RVSupport@revrvgroup.com for the build sheet & paint codes. Contact Cummins for engine specific questions (e.g. CAPS or common rail).

Here is a link to the site
https://www.monacocoach.com/technical-assistance
But from what I've read/heard they aren't responding.
Back ~6 years ago I sent in a request for a house and chassis wiring diagram and got them promptly. Also had sent in questions on different things and had phone calls with the tech people. They had always been great but I believe things have changed.

When you narrow things down to specific model and year, check here and other forums for more info. When you've found a coach you like, post here; there may be members with the same model.

Hello, just wanted to provide an update.
I found a 2000 Dynasty that I'm really interested in so I sent an email requesting an option list. I didn't get a reply, but I called the RevGroup parts department, and they sent me email with the window sticker right away.
So it seems they will still provide information, but for me calling was better than emailing.
Thanks again for the help!
Kerry

Wonder it they will provide other stuff like electrical diagrams etc.
