The issue here is this is an OBD I (onboard diagnostics 1) system. OBD I is very rough and inconsistent. It will flash several codes that may, or may not be related. It's going to take someone with skill and experience to troubleshoot this.

If the O2 sensors are bad, it will just stay in open loop and should run okay using a preset injection table.

Also you may try unhooking a vacuum line to the intake manifold or the likes and hook a long vacuum line so that you can run inside the vehicle.

Hook this extended line to a bottle of propane. Then have somebody riding shotgun and while driving step into the throttle and when you feel the engine starting to lay over ( low power) have you friend open the valve on the propane bottle and see how the engine responds to the propane enrichment. If it likes it and comes alive? you now have a direction to head in and know that it's a Fuel delivery issue.

Thanks everyone for the thoughts and ideas. Lived replaced the coil and right now the injectors and fuel rail are off as they are being deeply cleaned. Most of them were pretty dang filthy. Once everything is put back together ill post an update.
