I have a 2005 Monaco Camelot 40 PDQ. Where is the Engine Control Module (ECM) located ?

ECM location
The Engine ECM is bolted on the block about midway on the passenger side.

Humm, I don't think the ECM reads fan speed.
I think it just reads temp and the fan adjusts accordingly.

Do you have a Cummins Quickserve account? https://quickserve.cummins.com/info/index.html
If so you can go in and see what the ECM controls, there is a wiring diagram for the Monaco/Cummins interface. If the fan is controlled by the ECM it will show it.
On my 8.3 ISC the ECM doesn't have anything to do with the fan but on the OEM Harness connector it does show a Fan Switch, which I assume would be for the fan on the engine, I have a side radiator which relies on a thermovalve control.

I read somewhere on this forum that on a 2005 Monaco Camelot 40 PDQ the ECM controls the hydraulic speed. I just replaced the radiator, Hydraulic Fan motor & Fan Controller. Just want to check and make sure all is well before I take off on another trip..

Monaco used a Sauer Danfoss hydraulic fan controller that takes inputs from the engine ECU. The Fan controller is usually located to the left of the engine when viewing from the rear. These fan controllers are prone to going bad. When they go bad they run the fan full speed. This wastes fuel and taxes the hydraulic pump.
Post # 126 has a picture of the Sauer Danfoss fan controller.

These are difficult to locate as well as expensive so many of us have replaced it with a mechanical "wax valve" fan controller. The wax valve controller is used by the Detroit 60 as well as some Cat engines.

I located it and replaced it with a new one. When I unplug the electrical connection when the engine is running the fan comes on and appears to run at a higher speed. How can I tell if this is FULL speed ? Does the fan controller or ECM have multiple speed capability ?
