Engine Monitor redux

After reading the recent Engine Monitor thread I'm all about a VMSpc setup. Especially after pricing a full Silverleaf install. Unfortunately, after a thorough search around and about the "left side of the steering column, and under-dash area" which is where they've been placing them since 1996 (according the the thread anyhow), I come with nothing.

My unit is right on the cusp - 1996 HR Endeavor LE DP/Cummins 275 factory chipped to 300hp. Anyone have any idea where they might have hidden the diag connector?

cheers...

Is your engine electronic? If it's identified as an ISB or ISC then it's electronic and you will have a diagnostic plug somewhere. If it's just identified as a B or C then it's not full electronic and the silverleaf is not comparable.
