Eureka yellow jacket question

Howdy. My new to me Monaco Monarch gasser has a built in vacuum cleaner minus the hose. According to the dealer, the on/off switch for this unit is incorporated into the receptacle inside the coach. When the hose is attached, the unit comes on. Problem is that the unit did not come with the hose. I went to the Eureka site and did not see the hose. I'm wondering if I can just go to an appliance store and buy a hose, but was unsure about this on/off mechanism incorporated into the receptacle. Is that the way they are designed? Any ideas? Thanks

I have the same unit in a 2007 Endeavor. The attached is a picture of the hose that came with the vacuum. There is a metal collar on the end that you plug into the wall and this turns on the vacuum. The attached shows the hose from the mentioned website.
